This isn't good. There are many other bosses that can spawn in the bosses place. Oxflinger is a good one.

Obvious answer is anywhere with ranger bosses have a chance in hm to drop elite tome.
Why do so many ppl have to ask the obvious ?
Btw incase next question is to do with them dropping them - its random so you wont always get an elite tome from a boss.Also check wiki for ranger bosses
